Health and wellness coaching needn't be complicated. You come with a need and together we work towards solutions. 

There are many different ways we can work together. I offer personalized health coaching programs, life-coaching programs, group programs, self-guided plans or on an as-needed basis. 

All of these can be in person or remotely by phone or Skype. This way we can work together no matter where you live or how demanding your schedule might be. Some of my programs include:

6-MONTH "WABI SABI WOMAN" PROGRAM

Instead of hitting the snooze button, be ready to wake up excited to face the day, have more energy, be motivated to follow your dreams, feel worthy of love, put yourself on the top of your to-do-list, and finally live the life you were meant to live. 

The tried and true six month program is for those looking for gradual and sustainable changes that will produce long-lasting results. In this program we work with body, mind and spirit to achieve optimum health and happiness. You are ready to make this commitment to yourself and to make yourself a priority. With the support and guidance of a coach, we can get you where you want to be. 

INCLUDES:

  • Two-45 minute sessions per month via phone, Skype or in-person (12 sessions total)
  • An optional 10-day Express Detox with recipes included to release built-up toxins and increase your energy (this is not a quick-fix but a way to rid the body of toxins and begin with a fresh start.)
  • Email support between sessions
  • Helpful tools and topic relevant handouts to keep you informed, motivated and excited 
  • Self-love and Self-care techniques
  • Feng Shui tips for your home
  • Meditations and journaling exercises
  • Coaching and support for both dietary and lifestyle adjustments that will help you make positive changes to your life

12-WEEK "Ditch the Diet" PROGRAM

 Be ready to fall in love with yourself, like what you see in the mirror, feel self-confident and never diet again.

This is a great program for those who are sick and tired of yo-yo dieting and want to be able to live life without fear of the scale, mirrors or dressing rooms.

In this program you will learn why diets don't work, and why it's more important to focus on what to add in to your current way of eating, as opposed to what to remove. When we feel restricted or deprived, we usually become frustrated and quickly go back to our old way of eating, then leaving us feeling guilty and bad about ourselves. It becomes a vicious cycle. Our focus will not only be on food, but what nourishes you on a deeper level. 

By making simple changes in your eating habits, your mindset, and to your belief system, you can change the way you look, feel and think about food, about yourself and about your life in general.

  • Two - 45-minute sessions per month, via phone, Skype or in-person (6 sessions total)

30 or 60 MINUTE "Small bites or Laser Lunch" COACHING SESSIONS

(One-on-One ongoing Coaching, as needed (over your morning coffee, during your lunch break, or whenever you find those extra minutes. No contracts or additional commitment)

Sometimes you just need a bit of guidance or are seeking some answers or some sound advice. These sessions are perfect for a motivational boost; to address some confusing questions, or to provide guidance where you feel you are needing it most. Whether you have some nutritional, physical, emotional, spiritual or life satisfaction concerns, we can cover these and get you back on the path and able to pass "Go" again. 

These are all done by phone or Skype, so you can be anywhere in the world. Contact me and we can schedule a convenient time for us to connect.

GROUP PROGRAMS

Group programs are an economical and fun way to receive the encouragement and motivation you need to achieve your health and wellness goals. You not only have the support of your health coach, but of other like-minded individuals in your group. Most of all, it’s a wonderful way to share ideas and stay motivated to create positive changes in your life.

Organize a group of friends, family or co-workers and let's create a personalized program just for your group. I also offer combination Feng Shui/Health Coaching (getting both you and your environment in tip-top shape) and personalized plans for those whose nutritional needs have been met but need some guidance and support in other areas to raise the levels of life satisfaction.
